Q: Who is Front Range Payment Systems (FRPS)?
A: Founded in 2016, Front Range Payment Systems services payment plans for providers of vehicle service contracts. FRPS has no involvement in the development, marketing, sale, claims processing activities, or other administration of these vehicle service contracts, and FRPS does not engage in any form of telemarketing.
Q: How can I access my account online?
A: You may easily and securely access your account details such as account status, remaining balance and even make payments by logging into your account here.
Your initial login information may be found on the Notice of Acceptance sent to you by FRPS. For your convenience, your username will appear on each subsequent notice sent to you by FRPS. If you have additional login questions, please contact FRPS Customer Service at (888) 780-7411 Monday – Friday from 6AM – 5PM Mountain Standard Time.
Q: How can I make a payment?
A: FRPS offers a variety of payment options:
- You may set your account up for automatic direct debits from a credit/debit card, or with your bank routing and account number by logging into your account here.
- You may call FRPS Customer Service at (888) 780-7411 and make a one-time payment using your debit/credit card or bank account and routing number.
- You may send your payment to FRPS using a check or money order – please do not send cash. It is important to indicate your FRPS account number in the memo portion of the check or money order. Please use the following payment address:

Q: Is there a grace period for payments? When will I be assessed a late charge?
A: All payment grace periods are governed by state law. In most cases, there is a grace period of between 5 and 10 days after the payment due date before late charges are assessed.
Q: When will my account cancel for nonpayment?
A: FRPS will cancel your account for nonpayment approximately 30 days after the payment due date.
Q: What does my vehicle service contract cover? Who should I call regarding repairs, or to submit a claim?
A: Due to FRPS’s sole role as the payment plan provider, all questions regarding coverage, claims, and repair authorizations must be directed to your Service Contract Administrator. Your Service Contract Administrator’s contact information appears on all notices sent to you by FRPS.
Q: How can I cancel my vehicle service contract? Am I entitled to a refund upon cancellation?
A: Due to FRPS’s sole role as the payment plan provider, we may only cancel your payment plan for nonpayment. If you wish to have your vehicle service contract cancelled, you must contact the Seller. FRPS recommends that you request cancellation of your vehicle service contract in writing and send a copy of the request to FRPS and the Service Contract Administrator. Additionally, all questions regarding applicable refunds due must be directed to the Seller. Your Seller’s contact information appears on all notices sent to you by FRPS.
Q: If my account is cancelled for nonpayment, am I eligible for reinstatement?
A: If your payment plan has been cancelled for nonpayment by FRPS, you may be eligible for reinstatement. In order for FRPS to request reinstatement of a cancelled payment plan from the Service Contract Administrator, all past due payments must be brought current. To confirm reinstatement, or eligibility for reinstatement, you must contact your Service Contract Administrator. Your Service Contract Administrator’s contact information appears on all notices sent to you by FRPS.
